Join us for our first wine dinner of 2026. Feb 7th from 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Doors open at 6:30pm for sparkling wine reception. The culinary expertise of Chef Patrick and Chef Jasmine in collaboration with Castello Barone's winemaker Scott Barone will prepare a dinner that will tantalize the senses. Perfectly paired food and wine and relaxed mingling will be the perfect might out.
1st course:

2nd Course:

Grilled Prawn, Creamy Orzo Puttanesca, San Marzano Tomatoes, Caper, Olive, Preserved Lemon (Vegetarian Option does not include the Grilled Prawn)
3rd Course:
2022 Petit Verdot
Braised Lamb Shank, Roasted Root Vegetables, Baby Kale, Crispy Leaks, Gorgozola Cream, Blackberry Gastrique.
